Your health and well-being are our top priority. To ensure the utmost hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any Lingerie, Makeup, clothing and shoes sold for hygiene reasons. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a clean and safe shopping experience.
on the rare occasion you happen to receive an item which is broken/damaged this must be reported to us within 24hrs of receiving, we will then organise a courier pickup and your product will undergo an inspection, once the inspection is completed and validated you will either receive a replacement, or a refund given the item is not cosmetically damaged and has its original packaging.
